Unquestionably, JG Transportation has demonstrated its trustworthiness and professionalism! Their staff just relocated me nearby and I have nothing but praise for them. The team members I interacted with were kind, punctual and meticulous. All of my worries were allayed and they provided me with personalized relocation instructions, ensuring a seamless transfer. On the day of the move, they arrived on schedule and didn't waste any time packing and loading my things carelessly. Even the rarest of the antiques were handled with accuracy, demonstrating their experience. They have my full support.

I recently started working with JG Transportation and they really amazed me by going above and beyond my expectations! Out of all the workers I have previously worked with, they most likely performed better overall, had a stronger work ethic, and provided better customer service than employees from other firms. They gave me a lot of information on how things were progressing over the entire process and how they were real carriers not brokers and showed my how to navigate the safer DOT site and I found out the other 4 estimates i got were only from brokers, not real carriers. As a result, I was always aware of developments. They were really dedicated to carefully packing and transporting my valuable belongings when the time arrived. Their meticulous attention to detail and the extreme care with which they treated even the most fragile samples were astounding. I will definitely be recommending them to a few of our friends in the community that are relocating to the same area as us in **.

JG Transportation was very helpful and gave me useful information from the moment I called them. Their no obligation quote was exactly that. They didn't pressure me or make me feel like I owed them my business for using their time. They answered all my questions and provided me with an assessment on how long the move would take, how many people I needed, etc. To be honest, JG Transportation is actually doing a service for other moving companies because they are so professional and good at what they do, they are bringing back the trust to moving companies. We have moved over 9 times since Im in the Military and this by far has been the most seamless relocation by far and they provided weighted tickets for a smooth reimbursement from the military.
